Tesland is an independent Tesla specialist – and that matters to you as a Tesla driver. We are not part of Tesla, and that is exactly why we can advise you honestly and practically. We do everything an official workshop does (and often more), but in a more accessible, faster way with a personal approach.

Our history

Tesland started in 2015 as an out-of-hand hobby of founder Herbert Kats. What began with installing dashcams and selling AlloyGator rim protectors grew into a specialised company in Tesla accessories. Soon followed our own workshop, warehouse and technical support.

In 2020 we moved to a larger premises in Almere, and in 2024 we moved into our current energy-positive building – fully designed for sustainability, reuse and efficient energy supply. That way we are not only prepared for the future but also actively contribute to a cleaner world.

  • Installation of accessories and custom upgrades
  • Repairs – from glass, brakes and seals to electronics and steering units
  • Maintenance, technical inspections and software diagnostics
  • MOT testing for fully electric vehicles (EVs)
  • Wheel alignment with professional equipment
  • Sales of parts, styling and technical advice via our webshop

Sustainability is in our DNA. We work as circular as possible: we repair parts instead of replacing them unnecessarily, give HV batteries a second life, and our building generates more energy than it uses. From solar panels to waste separation – at Tesland we make choices that truly contribute to more sustainable mobility.

At Tesland we don’t just replace parts. We first make a targeted diagnosis and see if repair is possible. For example, we regularly repair air suspension, high-voltage batteries (HV) and even electric motors – something that often leads to expensive replacement elsewhere.

We are BOVAG-certified and meet the highest industry standards. In 2025 we are proud to be nominated for Independent Automotive Business of the Year. Our customers choose Tesland for our in-depth Tesla knowledge, direct communication, short lead times and genuine passion for technology. With us you don’t get a script or call centre, but someone who understands your problem – and solves it.

Tesland One – our digital workshop

Tesland One

Our work doesn’t end at the workshop door. With Tesland One, our own platform, everything lines up: diagnostics, work orders, the webshop, stock and how we talk to you.

We built Tesland One ourselves because off-the-shelf software didn’t match how we actually work. Our system, our rules. Less hassle, fewer mistakes, and you notice it when you deal with us.

Where it saves real time, we use AI too — search in the shop, translations, that kind of thing. No gimmicks; only what we actually use day to day. And we stay in charge — not a black box.
