An energy-positive building
Our building is fully energy-positive. Thanks to 80 solar panels we generate more energy than we use. This powers not only the building but also our Tesla Destination Chargers with green electricity.

Sustainable heating and cooling
With an advanced geothermal heat pump we heat and cool the building very efficiently. We keep the indoor climate pleasant at all times with minimal impact on the environment.
