Received a product that doesn't meet your expectations? Contact us. If the product is undamaged and unused, you can return it within 14 days. After receipt, we will assess the product and issue a credit invoice.

Shipping costs and responsibility for returns

Return shipments are at the customer's own expense and risk. We recommend an insured shipping method.

Exceptions

The following products can NOT be returned:

  • Products that have been or are already installed.
  • Used products.
  • Products customized at the customer's request.
  • Electrical parts or accessories.
  • Products ordered at the customer's request.

Cooling-off period

Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period, starting from the day the product was received.
