Automotive technician (m/f/x)

Would you like to take a Tesla home for a weekend? And are you a dedicated automotive technician who can't wait to work with Teslas? At Tesland you work full-time on Model 3, Y, S and X: from maintenance and MOT to diagnostics and complex repairs in a modern EV workshop.

Your tasks will be:

  • Perform maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on Tesla models
  • Carry out MOT inspections (or learn this under supervision)
  • Read fault codes, find root causes and advise customers clearly
  • Work with our digital work orders, checklists and time tracking
  • Collaborate with warehouse and planning on parts and turnaround
  • Share knowledge in the workshop (tips, cases, procedures)
  • Keep a tidy, safe workplace (HV safety)

We ask for this position:

  • Completed MBO 3 Automotive technician education (or equivalent)
  • At least 3 years of experience as a mechanic / automotive technician
  • MOT certificate, or willing to obtain one
  • Affinity with electric vehicles; EV/HV experience is a plus
  • You communicate clearly with colleagues and customers (Dutch; English is a plus)
  • You work neatly, safely and by procedure

Apprentice mechanic (intern) (m/f/x)

For our service centre we are looking for an apprentice mechanic / intern who wants to grow in the world of Tesla and electric cars. You learn from experienced technicians, work on real customer jobs and get room to become more independent step by step.

You are:

  • Tidy, motivated and eager to learn
  • Affinity with technology and cars
  • Curious about electric vehicles
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Open to feedback and coaching

Your tasks will be:

  • Assist with maintenance and simple repairs under supervision
  • Help with diagnostics, dismantling/assembly and finishing work
  • Fetch/prepare parts and keep the workplace tidy
  • Learn to work with our work orders, checklists and workshop processes
  • Contribute to a safe working environment (around high voltage: only under instruction)
  • Be part of the team: listen, ask questions, think along

Warehouse employee (m/f/x)

For our warehouse we are looking for a warehouse employee.

You are:

Your tasks will be:

  • Processing incoming and outgoing goods
  • Maintaining contacts with carriers
  • Maintaining contacts with both Dutch and international suppliers and customers
  • Keeping stock at level and placing orders on time
  • Supplying parts and consumables for our service centre
  • Keeping the warehouse tidy
  • Ensuring warehouse safety
