Improved reversing light

Our own designed and produced extra reversing light finally gives you the light behind your car that you need to reverse in the dark.

We often hear people complain that they don't see anything on the camera when reversing in the dark. We already had some cases where people reversed into something and caused expensive damage.

We had many prototypes before we made this one. This consists of a plastic housing with a 10 watt COB LED that emits 1100 lumens, which is 40 times more light than the original 2 tiny LEDs incorporated in the right taillight (European Teslas only have 1 reversing light, as the left one is replaced by a fog light due to European regulations. American models have 2 reversing lights). The light is switched on by selecting reverse and when it is off, it is not noticeable. The unit is only 10 mm high and is located under the license plate.

The light is very easy to click into the original Tesla license plate holder. Only 1 hole needs to be drilled behind the license plate to guide the wire into the trunk. The ground must be connected to a metal part and the positive wire must be connected to the reversing light of the right taillight, using the supplied posi-tap.
