Remote diagnostics support for all Tesla Model S, X, 3 and Y

This service includes:

• Alert/error reading

• Battery health check

• Guided diagnostics

• Vehicle status and powertrain health

• Error log analysis

• Update push

• etc.

After completing this order, we will need your VIN number and the registered email address of the owner/Tesla account. After we receive your information, you will receive an email from Tesla to authorize us to access your vehicle for diagnostics for a period of 1 week. If you do not approve this access, we will not be able to access your vehicle.

Note: Your vehicle must be online and the computer must be on (so the low-voltage battery must not be depleted)
