Remote diagnostic service for all Tesla Model S, X, 3 and Y This service includes: - Reading of notifications/error codes - Checking battery health - Guided diagnosis - Vehicle status and powertrain health - Analysis of error logs - Pushing updates - etc. After completing this order, we need your VIN number and the registered email address of the owner/Tesla account. After we have received this information, you will receive an email from Tesla to give us permission to access your vehicle for diagnosis for 1 week. If you do not approve this access, we will not be able to reach your vehicle. Please note: your vehicle must be online and the on-board computer must be switched on (so no empty 12V battery).
